Our engagements are quoted based on scope, not sold as subscriptions. Below are starting rates and the factors that affect your estimate.

All figures are in Vietnamese Dong and exclude VAT. Final quotes depend on the factors listed below.
What affects your estimate
- Number of queues and channels. Voice-only studies cost less than multi-channel engagements covering chat, email, and social.
- Data export quality. Clean, standardized ACD exports reduce preparation time. Legacy systems requiring manual cleanup may add 15–25% to the quote.
- Agent count. Coaching report pricing scales beyond 25 agents at a per-agent increment.
- Presentation format. On-site readout sessions in Ho Chi Minh City are included; travel to other provinces is quoted separately.
- Turnaround. Standard delivery follows our engagement timeline. Rush requests within one week may incur a 20% urgency fee.
Payment terms
We require a 40% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon delivery of the final report package. Monthly retainer engagements (coaching reports and operations briefings) are invoiced on the first business day of each month.
We accept bank transfer to our Vietnamese business account. We do not process card payments on this website — pricing here is informational only. For a formal quote, submit a brief or call us directly.
